Returns & Exchanges

At Sperry, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear or apparel in the original branded packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
